All pastors are invited to The Shepherd’s Gathering — “After His Heart”, a sacred time of renewal, impartation, and fellowship, held April 27–29, 2026, at Praise Cathedral in Greer, South Carolina.
This conference is designed to refresh the hearts of those who pour out daily in service to others. Through Spirit-led teaching and authentic connection, attendees will be encouraged to realign their calling with the heart of the Chief Shepherd.

Meet the Shepherds Gathering Presenters
Join us for a transformative conference designed to renew your spirit, empower your ministry, and connect you with fellow pastors committed to growth. We have an exciting group of presenters that will share their pastoral experiences and Biblical insights to encourage you as you minister.

Dr. Mark Rutland will be our featured speaker during the Wednesday morning session. Dr. Rutland is the founder of Global Servants, a former pastor of Calvary Assembly in Orlando, FL, and past-president of Southeastern University and Oral Roberts University. We are honored to have Dr. Rutland as our guest. Dr Rutland has a passion for teaching the Word of God that is truly inspirational.

Mark L. Williams serves as the third assistant general overseer of the Church of God. He previously served as general overseer for the Church God, the highest leadership role in the denomination, 2012-2016, and as second assistant general overseer from 2008-2012.
Bishop Williams Biblical insights, preaching, and ministry will encourage your journey in ministry.

Pastor Kris Kilgore serves as the lead pastor of the Fairforest Church of God in Spartanburg, SC. Pastor Kilgore is a dynamic young pastor with great Biblical theological insight. We expect to be greatly inspired by Pastor Kilgore’s ministry.

Pastor Neal Nolan serves as the lead pastor of the Palmetto Street Church of God in Florence, SC. He also serves at the chairman of the State Council of the Church of God churches in South Carolina. Pastor Neal is a dynamic preacher with a passion for the authentic work of the Holy Spirit.

Pastor Jerry Madden serves as the lead pastor of Praise Cathedral in Greer, SC. Pastor Madden has served as pastor for close to 25 years, leading the congregation to significant growth during his leadership. In addition to his pastoral duties Pastor Jerry; hosts a weekly podcast for pastors and ministry leaders, serves on Lee University’s Board of Directors, the Church of God Council of 18, South Carolina Church of God State Council, husband to Jan, but perhaps most importantly a proud “Poppy” to 4 granddaughters.
